Coffee and condiments were available as was a small refridgerator. The entrance to the apartment was at the back of the house; the yard was unkept. There were new concrete stairs (3 or 4 steps) to the entrancek door, with no railings. There was no safety bar to hold while getting into or out of the bathtub. One of the windows in the bathroom had a clear view into the bathroom due to the surface tinting wearing off. Also in the bathroom were many areas where paint was chipping off around the windows. I don't know the local codes, but there was no fire extinguisher. I may return because of the cleanliness and location, but the cleaning and other fees seemed to be high... thank you. ##### Nancy J.
