This was a great place to stay. Wonderful location and very easy check in with great communication. We would recommend this place to anybody visiting Boise.
This home was more than roomy for our family of eight adults. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, wine glasses, etc. I noticed lots of games for adults and even more for toddlers. We spent most of our time at graduation events and enjoying Boise but did get a chance to use the basketball shooting game for two in the garage. We would definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay and loved walking in the foothills. The close proximity to hills and downtown Boise is a definite plus for this rental. We had space for our two families to be comfortable and enjoy xmas together.
This worked out great for our group. We had five adults who wanted to spread out, so the set up was perfect. Beautiful neighborhood! Great trail at the end of the street.
We loved staying here for our business conference. Perfect for our group! The house was clean and comfy and had everything we needed. Hosts were very easy to communicate with. We loved that there weren’t a whole lot of extra fees for the booking and very simple check out instructions. We really enjoyed it!
Loved our stay here! Beautiful home in an ideal neighborhood right by Table Rock, beautiful, easy walking trails. The beds were very comfortable. The furniture cozy, and we loved all the windows. The hosts were great, very attentive. There are a lot of stairs, so guests will need to have the physical ability to climb multiple sets. I recommend this home and would consider staying again!
The pictures do not do this place justice. The property is in a fantastic location in the historic district, close to everything. The house was spotless and much larger than you'd think. We had plenty of space for our family of 8. If we ever make it back to Idaho, we will definitely book this again.
This house was the perfect location for 3 sets of parents to stay for parent weekend. It was close to the campus and had plenty of parking for three cars. My only suggestion would be a few extra bath towels and a bath mat in the primary bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.
The house was great for a large family. We had 3 couples and two kids. It is just steps away from some great hiking trails too. Speaking of steps, there are a lot of them. The place could improve by including a few more necessities like towels and toilet paper, but otherwise we had what we needed to help make it a great trip.
We loved the space, cleanliness and location of this house. It was right next to hiking trails, a bike park, playground and downtown Boise. It was perfect for the variety of ages we had. Enjoyed by all!! The owners were easy to get a hold of and were great to get back to us with amy questions in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this place!
We had 7 people and it comfortably accommodated our group. Plenty of dishes, silverware, etc. Within walking distance of downtown, and really close to some hill trails. Has a 2 car garage for vehicles. Stefan contacts you day before with all the details and will answer any questions very quickly. Overall experience was very good. Great place for families.
This is our second stay at this location. The townhome is a clean, spacious and well maintained property in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to a great park and the Botanical Garden. Less than 2 miles to downtown Boise and a grocery store. The management team was responsive to my questions and provided clear instructions regarding access and departure procedures for the property. I look forward to utilizing this property in the future.
We enjoyed our stay at this downtown home very much and would stay here again! It is close to BSU and also to the airport, which was very convenient! The home was very well equipped-the kitchen had nice appliances and extras.
The outdoor spaces were quaint and enjoyable. We took a walk to the north of the house and found a fun trail to walk on. This home is in the historic district and our walks were so enjoyable looking at the beautiful, unique homes.
The owner, Stefan, was very communicative and gave timely information regarding the home. Thank you so much for making our "Sister's Trip" a memorable trip!
Ideal Stay for Our Mixed Group - Highly Recommend!
We were in Boise because we had a family member having surgery at the Hospital. It was a great location for us as it was only a mile from the hospital. We had a couple with a 3 year old and an infant, 2 of us flew in from California and another flew in from Colorado. Very conveniently close to the airport. There were plenty of games and toys for the kids to play with, a pack and play for the baby and bedrooms for all of us. Bonus that there were multiple places for us to work ( the lower bedroom made a great office for those of us who had calls and meetings) plenty of privacy and quiet! The kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked most meals there. Management was very responsive. We would stay there again anytime, thanks for a great stay!
I had a GREAT stay. I made the reservation in a hurray - Stefan, the property manager, was super responsive to my questions (after hours too!). He answered honestly and quickly.
The place is awesome: 3 levels with a garage to keep your vehicle off the street. But, I never felt unsafe whatsoever. The neighborhood on the east end was really nice.
For the price this is very hard to beat. All the appliances work great, HVAC worked well too. (Spec. The AC - it was toasty over the summer). Neighbors were quite nice and non confrontational about a stranger living next to them for a week. Felt a good sense of community.
I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.
Wonderful location great communication with the host and we were thrilled that there were toys very suitable for our one year-old and three-year-old in addition, kitchen utensils, and pots and pans were in great shape. Would 100% recommend and we hope to stay there again.
This was such a nice place for my group. We were right near BSU and the other things we wanted to do. There were games and plenty of space for us to have fun. It was very clean and had everything we needed!
