This 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath town home sleeps 4 and has everything you will need to enjoy your stay. Our staff has increased our efforts to disinfect and sanitize high-touch surfaces such as door knobs, light switches, and remote controls. Our staff will be vigilant to keep themselves safe as well as our guests. We encourage individuals who are sick to stay home. We believe that our homes will be safer than a large hotel, but there are no guarantees. We have relaxed our cancellation policies if you become ill and need to stay home.
Queen beds in both bedrooms and a couch in the living room that makes into a queen sized bed. Covered parking with additional parking immediately adjacent. Covered rear patio with patio table and chairs and charcoal BBQ. Kitchen has everything you will need to cook for yourself should you choose. Linens and towels are provided, the only thing you will need to bring is your clothes, toiletries and food.

We had a great stay. We spent the days with family, and came back to rest after playing with the grandkids. It felt like we were at a real home - we walked in the door to a clean, nice place where we could really relax.

The property is as advertised. Nice freshly decorated interior. It's close to Eagle Island park and lots of shopping. I would stay here again and recommend it.

Beautiful and quiet in Eagle ID

The home is spacious with an equipped kitchen and everything we needed to enjoy a friend's wedding. The location is close to the Water's Edge Event Center, Eagle Island state park and also to the Village Outdoor shopping center. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Thank you for such a nice stay. The location in downtown Eagle was wonderful, we were able to walk to breakfast at Rembrandts. Clean, comfortable, good working a/c. Loved the convenience of the laundry, too.

very clean nd nice. listing makes it look more expansive and less condo complex than it is. the walls are made of paper / I could hear the neighbor pee in the middle of the night. the patio furniture is worn to the point of becoming dangerous.

Ideal location

This was a great location for our needs. We could walk into town to get to restaurants and stores. Surrounded by nice neighborhoods too for walking. The space was well stocked. Comfortable sleeping arrangements and 1.5 baths is handy. I had to work from there and was comfortable using the dining table. We had no issues. We would use it again if we return to Eagle.

Eagle Townhome

Great location, walking distance or short drive to anything you could need. Property is the end unit of a townhome so you do share one wall with neighbors. Overall safe and quiet stay.

Simple, affordable and good experience

It was my first time in the area, we lost a package and the landlord was very responsive and helpful. The location is hidden behind a small shopping center but it is clean and well put together inside and also safe.

Travel for work

This property was amazing!! Quiet neighborhood. We traveled to eagle for work. I found that amenities were so close you could walk. Eagle has a lot to offer in dining and recreation. We stayed 7 months and never got bored. I would definitely recommend this property for short or extended stays, location is wonderful. I have a new found liking for Eagle Idaho.

It was a very comfortable place. Fully equipped for a stay of a few months. We, surprisingly bought a house in Eagle for the future. It was close to that house and made it an easy transition for us. Host responded promptly when we needed assistance. the only down side was the furniture needs a little updating. The couch springs were hard to sit as as the cushion has worn. The upstairs bedroom mattress sags on one side. But everything worked nicely. Had an issue with the door but was promptly fixed as needed.

Great location and space

This place is great for a small family or if you are travelling alone like I was. The location is close to many great places (Albertsons, a few coffee shops, gas stations, liquor store, etc) but it's off the main road, so it's very quiet. I was always comfortable and wished I could have stayed a few more days. The kitchen had all the basics, some oil, spices, coffee K-cups, utensils, etc. The bed I stayed on was comfortable. It's great because one room had a TV and one didn't. I slept in the one that didn't, so I wasn't tempted to watch TV instead of sleeping. But I had the option! The bathroom was clean, plenty of towels, great water pressure and temperature. Also, I arrived about 90 minutes early and asked if they could let me check in early. They responded quickly and let me know they would accommodate if they could (and explained why they might not be able). Fortunately, they could. But if they couldn't have, I fully understood why. Seriously, no complaints - everything was great!

This townhouse was clean, lovely, and quiet even though it was close to shopping and the main street going through town. We were very happy with our communicatiin with Amy. The only discrepancy from the online desescriprion was that it had a queen sized pullout sofa located in the living room for sleeping on . This sofa was old with framing that was felt through the worn padding making hard lumps for both sitting and not possible to sleep on. We ended up using camping pads we had brought and placed them on the floor to sleep on. They were much more comfortable than the sofa.If you only plan to use the two bedrooms wirh queen beds, then this stay would be very accomodating. We would stay again!
