Our house comfortably sleeps 7 with 1 king bed in the Master, 1 queen bed in the second bedroom, and a full in the last room. The couch is also a decent enough size to sleep on if you wish to do this. The home occupancy permits 7 overnight guests.

Complimentary WiFi, live TV and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

You can use the entire house and backyard except for the garage. The place is yours while you stay.

There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. Overall the house was as expected. It is in a nice neighborhood, with a spacious backyard. The house was clean. Kitchen utensils are adequate, and lots of counter space. One unusual feature is that there is no door between the main bedroom and the attached bathroom, which can be a problem.

Good location, comfortable beds, coffee included. Overall nice. My only complaint was shortage of towels. Only 6 bath towels and 3 washcloths for 5 of us for a 4 day stay.

Excellent location, quick and easy to get to the freeway, downtown, the mall. Lots of stores and restaurants close by. Home is very clean and well maintained, master bath is large with a big soaking tub. Hosts communicated promptly and stayed in touch. Good, convenient rental in Boise!

Hannah and Austin’s home is beyond lovely and spotless. Conveniently located in a peaceful neighborhood, just 20 minutes, or less, from everything! We had originally planned to stay in a hotel, which we discovered was awful upon checkin. We needed a new solution - fast! We were able to reserve and checkin in a matter of minutes and much appreciated Hannah and Austin’s hospitality in coordinating our last minute need. We HIGHLY recommend their home. Comfortable beds, great TVs, nice backyard, spotless house, washer/dryer, just all around perfect!
