"Built in 1959 this facility was supposed to have been renovated in the early 2020's, but Covid came along and corporate resources were diverted elsewhere. Main wing and hall carpets were torn and taped together. Door jams on external and internal [guest] rooms were battered with paint peeling off. ..."
