When description reads ‘whole house’ and ‘Viking master bath room’ and photos show a stack of towels I would expect a bath or shower. It is at the point that guests have to dig to find the scam. Red Lion Hotel Boise Downtowner
First room we were assigned had not been cleaned. Front desk said they cleaning staff was understaffed. Hallway carpets were in tatters plus piles of dirty laundry lined hallways (on that tattered carpet) *throughout* the building. Exterior sliding glass door in our room did not lock.

Holiday Inn Express Boise - University Area by IHG
Unfortunately, there was a mild odor in my room... thinking diaper smell. I asked for some deodorizer and no one was able to help me. I suppose I could have asked to change rooms so thats on me. I stay here at least once a year to visit my son at college. Breakfast didn't seem as good this year. ...
