Staff, receptionist very helpful. Room was clean. Guests next to us very noisy unfortunately. They checked out the following morning but hotel offered to change rooms. Breakfast ends at 9am weekdays. Wish it was 9:30. Otherwise good value and close to MacCarthur airport

Staff was good, recently renovated room was good but had plumbing issues such as a missing sink stopper, tub spout not sealed which caused shower to leak in tub mode, shower leaking when turned completely off. One electrical outlet was exposed with a plate cover, towel drying rack looked like a third grader installed it. Mattress was good and other things were decent. The back parking lot did not feel safe at all w some sketchy people back there every night, and no side or rear doors were available to open from the outside w card. Won't stay here again.

The property is going through a renovation. So you can see wires hanging from the ceiling. I did see insects on the ceiling. We used the gym every day. We asked for our room to be cleaned the evening before, as requested by the front desk; they did not come to our room because they already made their rounds, so we did not have a clean room for the 5 days that we were there. Great parking, breakfast was okay, good coffee. Staff was very nice.

Staff was very good and helpful. Property was clean and room was spacious. The condition of the room was rough. Carpet was torn and wore out. Tile was loose. Wallpaper was separating from walls. Mattresses were old an uncomfortable. We were registered for 3 days but checked out the next day as my family did not want to stay another day. Hotel would be great once remodeled. Also barking dog next room throughout the night was a problem when trying to sleep.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The first room we went in was an older room that had not been renovated and was very small for a mobility accessable room, they upgraded the room and was very satisfied. Need more variety for the Continental breakfast not hot foods at all.

Room appeared clean. Barking dogs all night. We are married seniors, although booked two months in advance, were given a room that said Pet Suite on the door. In the morning found a small crawling bug on one bed, smacked it & left blood underneath, probably a flea or tick. We left immediately, front desk was unmanned for @15 mins, reported it to Wyndham Customer Service. Left part of our luggage to be thrown out, took showers the minute we got home. Horrible visit from a reputable hotel, we are gunshy about local hotels now

Only complaint is that the tub was slippery. I had to hold onto the safety bar whenever I moved. Safety issue. Appreciate the efforts of the woman who was responsible for breakfast (5/29-5/31). I'm sorry I didn't get her name. She kept the area well-stocked and clean throughout the entire breakfast.

This hotel is currently being renovated, and needs it badly. Apparently some of the rooms are done and are nice. However, the rest of them, including the one I stayed in, are absolute dumps. Dirty carpets, paint peeling in the bathroom, bedside lamp did not work. And the internet service was so spotty as to be unusable. I spoke to the desk about the internet, and she apologized and said she was "not technical". Breakfast selection was minimal and totally unappealing. And this was for a total of $560 for two nights! Stay away.

The room was a good size and the king size bed was comfortable but there were 4 small pillows on the bed that were old. The parking lot was full of potholes and the property needed work. I was on the 3rd floor and a large tree branch was wedged against my window scratching the glass all night. The staff was pleasant.
