"The room smelled really bad when we first walked in. Found the trash can was full (including dirty diapers). The window was left open (assuming they were airing it out). Dishwasher wasn’t emptied as well. The staff handled the issue immediately and we appreciate their efforts. "

"First thing that I notice when checking in the evening they only had one staff person working the front desk, the Nice Black staff manager was very kind when I asked to see the room. He told me that he could show me another room after 3 room look at Red roof Inn , the I settle for the Comfort Inn but , the rooms had mold in some of them , bad smell in one on them. But over the staff in the evening was much kind then the staff in the morning. I had to shorten my stay because the room wasn’t very comfortable. Only stayed one night . The Staffing in the morning asked why I would stay the whole time. I was just honest with her that the rooms had mold in it rooms . Overall it was very good condition but it’s low end hotel, motel , "

"The hotel was renovated except the lobby. The room was huge but they did a fair job I With the renovations."

"‼️‼️So much MOLD- I am very sensitive to mold and this hotel was by far the dampest moldiest place I have ever been in. My allergies flared so much that I didn’t sleep all night. There is visible black mold and the wallpaper is peeling, carpet is damp, there is no ventilation in the bathroom, no access to fresh air, everything was dingy and gross. I realize the price was good but totally not worth it to be completely sick now. Wish I didn’t bring my child there, the floor by the pool has mold growing all over it too. Needs major remediation "
