I loved everything about my stay super clean great WiFi beautiful and safe there’s many cafes nearby and even a grocery store all in walking distance I def recommend

Basic No-Frills Hotel

Bare bones hotel. No full length mirror, poor lighting, toilet was a bit smelly. Thin walls and doors. Sheets were clean, and towels were actually good (which is rare in Colombia). The staff is AMAZING. Cafe was great. We came in and out at all hours with no issue but security was good.

Great Value Stay in a Safe Neighborhood! We arrived late at the hotel and were warmly greeted by the reception staff, who efficiently checked us in. The room, though small, was tidy and clean, albeit a tad noisy due to street sounds with the windows open—perfect for those who don't mind some city buzz. While lacking air conditioning, the room had a small fridge, and the bathroom, though compact, was clean with hot water and complimentary toiletries. The comfortable bed with four pillows ensured a restful sleep, and housekeeping was prompt and attentive. Breakfast, included in the stay, offered a sufficient spread, with particularly delicious coffee. Located in a safe neighborhood, this hotel offers excellent value for a comfortable stay.

We are a family of 4 with kids and booked a grand loft. At arrival for check in (we arrived way after 3) they told us our room was not ready and that they were going to give us another room. We had the booking in our hand so we knew it was the bog room with living room kitchen and two double beds. We went upstairs with all our logage to find a small room with two beds. We went back downstairs with our kids and logage and reminded the receptionist that thay was not what we had paid for. She pretended she didn’t know and then said that we would have to wait a while. We left our stuff at the reception to go eat cause it was 7pm and we were tired and hungry. We came back at 8pm and finally got the room we requested. We were disappointed because it was nothing like the pictures and we realized the receptionists knew because she had lied about not knowing we were supposed have the big room since the room she gave us was the same room on the initial paper. We were so tired we ignored all that. The room was very dark and the bathroom toilet was not attached to the floor causing it to balance on its own every time you sat or stood up. We had booked for another separate stay further on our vacation and we decided to give them a chance but again they did the same thing! We arrived tired at 7pm and the room was not available they had overbooked! They offered to separate our family with kids in two simple rooms ! They didn’t care we understood they always overbook Expedia relicated us Tx
