Area is one of the best in Bogota. However, host is not very communicative and less than desirable. As others have said, the check in process is clumsy and buggy,. the room does not match the photos and the room they gave me was not cleaned. Host dropped off towels and sheets. Checking in took far too long and if not for a guest I was meeting there who happened to have the direct contact of the main manager, our check in staff member was completely unable to get me checked in, to no fault of their own. Upon check in, there were no towels. Again, if not for the Person I was meeting there who was already checked in who gave me one of theirs, I wouldn’t have had one. The room was unswept upstairs and downstairs and the kitchen was dirty. Everything is newly renovated. Decent shower pressure and temperature.
