Nuestra estadía en el hotel fue espectacular. Todo el staff fue muy amable y nos dio las mejores atenciones, siempre nos guiaban y nos daban tips de la ciudad. Todos los espacios estaban siempre limpios y el desayuno muy bueno. Definitivamente volveríamos a hospedarnos acá.

Habitación súper cómoda y limpia. El único detalle es que el desayuno incluido se termina a las 9:30 am. Llegamos 9:20 al desayuno y nos recogieron toda la comida sin antes avisarnos que ya cerrarían el servicio, también nos corrieron del restaurante porque iban a limpiar para cerrar. Lo cual nos pareció de mal gusto. Fuera de eso el demás personal se portó muy amable y atento

Hice check out a las 6:09 am. Desafortunadamente el día de mi salida dejé mi argolla de matrimonio encima de la cama. Cuando me percaté a eso de las 2 horas de haber salido, llame a recepción para informar y solicitar que guardaran mi argolla. Se me informó que la argolla no la encontraron. Si bien es un descuido mio, Es absolutamente incomprensible y desconcertante que no la hubieran encontrado. Me sentí robado por parte de las personas del hotel. Jamás volveré a este hotel!

La ubicación, el personal y el servicio es bueno. Las habitaciones no tienen un sistema para controlar el sonido. Se escucha todo lo que sucede en la habitación de al lado, especialmente en el baño, y el ruido del pasillo. El gimnasio es muy básico.
