With modern infrastructure, it has 3 levels, the first social area living room, dining room and kitchen. The second, main room with terrace and living room with fireplace and the third level studio with desk, bed and balcony. New WiFi 300 April/23. The space House with 3 levels. In the first, dining room with sofa bed, tv and a small patio, kitchen and laundry area. The second, main room with queen bed, private bathroom and terrace, equally living room with fireplace. On the last level, study, with a trundle bed (2 beds in 1), balcony where you fear a small barbecue. Guest access The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests. Keys are picked up in a doorman, with passport or ID. Other things to note Please note that it is a residential complex. The neighborhood is full of shops and restaurants.
