Keys are picked up in a doorman, with passport or ID. Other things to note Please note that it is a residential complex. The neighborhood is full of shops and restaurants. Everything (cinemas, banks, super 24x7, parks, restaurants, bars, cafes, clinics, notaries, etc.), what you need is within a 3 block radius, without exaggerating. The property is subject to the horizontal property regime. We are a family home and we like to take care of all the inhabitants of the whole.
