I have been staying at this property for few sometimes and I always love the warm approach of the staff. Leslie, one of the staff is always ready to answer your questions and open to give recommendation about the city. Very affordable place to stay and in the middle of Bogota City. Will stay here again.

One of the best place to stay in Chapinero. Price and service considered. Overnight front desk gentleman is very helpful and full of knowledge about the area. Roof top view is amazing. My to-go-to accomodation in Chapinero. I wish i could request for extra pillow.

5/5 Hotel is in the heart of Chapinero. Free breakfast. Beautiful rooftop bar. Not too fancy. You get more than what you pay. What make this hotel special is its people. Daisy is always helpful and willing to accommodate request and questions. The check in agent overnight is also very efficient checking in late arrivals to get on their way. I arrived 4am at the hotel and waited not even 2mins to get checked in and get my room. Way to go!!!

This hotel is located at the busy traffic intersection. during the night you can hear lot of traffic noise in your room and you can only sleep if you are very tired. Rooms are very small. Wi-Fi is very good. they have a restaurant at the 9th floor where the breakfast served is omelette juice and tea. around the hotel you can find supermarket McDonald's KFC all nearby but the biggest problem of this hotel is the noise of the traffic and horns which you can hear whole night.

Good Location

The location of the property is what made me book it. It was very easy to get to and there were maybe things open during the day. At night time it was a little empty but I felt safe.

I booked a hotel room and I didnt get it. Intead, i good a room with a single bed and without a window. It's cold in Bogota but the room was hot as hell. The room has a vent by the washroon wall and all the noise comes from the outside make you awake all night. Bad experience.

El descanso sin ruido!

El alojamiento aceptable. Desde la aplicación lo ideal es escoger la habitación. Se tal manera que los que desean no estar al lado de calles o avenidas (Bogotá la Calle 63 con Carrera 10), la ciudad no duerme y la intensidad de decibeles supera los rangos para una noche tranquila. Resto sin problema.

En ningún momento se indica que el desayuno incluído es diferente a los que ofrecen en la carta, de igual manera, pedimos solo la opción de huevos revueltos, esperamos 50 minutos y nunca llegaron, decidimos irnos a desayunar a otro lado en cuanto vimos que le daban prioridad a otros clientes que habían llegado después de nosotros al restaurante.

Habitación súper pequeña, no hay aire acondicionado ni abanico, el desayuno todos los días es el mismo (huevo con arroz, pan o huevo) solo un acompañamiento a elegir NO se pueden las 3 (la porción es reducidas) de tomar solo es café (sin leche) y jugo no hay frutas ni nada. El chico que atiende en el restaurante es un poco indiferente. La cama es extremadamente dura y las almohadas un papel de lo delgada que está. Hay muchísima bulla día y noche no se puede dormir.

La habitación tenía ambas camas defectuosas y no nos quisieron cambiar de cuarto. Asimismo, nos negaron el reembolso justificando que ya habíamos hecho check in pero obviamente no podíamos conocer sobre el estado de las camas si no hubiéramos entrado al cuarto. Las paredes del cuarto sucias y manchadas. Para poder tener acceso a un conector de corriente tuvimos que separar las camas de la cabecera porque no había otro más que en el baño. El baño sucio, incluso había cabellos. Muy mala experiencia
