El nombre del hotel no es el correcto. Tiene otro nombre, al parecer cambiaron de dueño y ahora se llama Hotel Bless Suite, no está mal, pero no es el mencionado allí así que preferible no hacer reservaciones allí ni pagar por adelantado.

Mis padres iban de paso y me comentaron que todo estaba perfecto, y los atendieron muy bien, los ayudaron con todo lo que necesitaban: imprimieron boletos aéreos, les guardaron el equipaje por unas horas mas aun que ya habían entregado su habitación.

Excelente opção para Corferias

Escolhi o hotel pela proximidade ao Corferias, pois é possível ir andando até lá (cerca de 10 min). O quarto é amplo e muito limpo, assim como o banheiro. A equipe é excelente: bastante atenciosa e prestativa. Cheguei mais cedo (5h30) e consegui o early checkin por um ótimo valor. O café-da-manhã não oferece muita variedade, mas é gostoso. O frigobar tinha apenas opções de bebidas sem álcool, nada para comer. O hotel não oferece serviço de quarto, há o número de um delivery (que não pertence ao hotel) que achei ruim; é preferível caminhar um pouco (5 min) no sentido do Corferias, onde há grande variedade de restaurantes. Em medo geral, o hotel é um ótimo custo benefício para quem vai expor/ visitar no Corferias.

overbooked hotel

I reserved my hotel room 1 month in advance. When I arrived at 10 p.m. the day of the reservation they told me they had to relocate me (with my father that have a problem on the leg) because they didn't have the room for us because THEY SOLD IT. They moved us to another terrible hotel that it didn't also have elevators so my father had to walk through the stairs with his leg problem. Also, we had to leave the suitcases at the reception because of the weight and the elevator problem. They didn't give us water, anything. It was really disappointing. Expedia treated us well and refund us for all the mistakes the hotel had. So kudos for this platform. But never ever going to that hotel again.

Nice hotel located near downtown Bogota

My family and I were very satisfied with this hotel. From the moment we walked in and started the check-in process we were welcomed. I am not sure about the spelling of the front desk person that check us in but I believe her name is Jaymi, I can tell you that she was amazing, everything we asked for, she did it with pleasure and professionalism. The hotel is located in a very quiet street and is accessible to restaurants, public transportation and anywhere between 15 to 20 minutes by cab to the "centro" or downtown area. The only thing that my wife and I would like to recommend is that the hotel administration place a toaster in the breakfast area. We missed having our bread toasted. As a final note, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would go back when the time comes. Thank You.

Good hotel

It's a budget hotel but with the staff and cleanliness it made a difference. A bit far from the historic plaza and attractions. I stayed due to a local friend's residence. Quiet area. Watch out for the windowless rooms.

Nice budget hotel

A 3 floor elevator building with some rooms have no windows but into its hallway. The rooms are clean and simple. The hotel provides a bar of soap and shampoo. No cups, coffee, or tea. Direct TV with a few english speaking channels. Breakfast is mainly fresh eggs, cold cuts, cereal, and coffee. The staff are nice and limited English but use your Google translator to assist. Pretty far from all the attractions. I stayed due to a friend's location nearby.

Just Ok

It was just ok. The room and bathroom were nicely decorated, but not clean. There was hair EVERYWHERE! I'm actually hoping it was from the maid and not the previous guest because it was even beneath the covers in the bed and that is gross. The hair was all over the floor because when I took off my socks hair was all over them. Going to my room it was completely dark because the lights are automated, but the light near my room didn't work so i could barely get into my room. Don't be in a rush because they have to walk you to your room and count your mini bar items and make you sign for them. The front desk person was soooo nice and helpful. It was just ok for overnight, but I won't be back. If you're not picky or squeamish about a hairy situation, then you might like it.

Hotel bonito cercano a embajada USA

El hotel está cerca a la embajada USA, es bonito y limpio. Sin embargo no tenía agua caliente (dicen que por un problema en las calderas , que debía ser temporal pero no fue corregido a tiempo en mi caso). Además en la noche pedí que me llamaran un taxi pero dijeron "no hay cómo llamarlo , no hay internet", lo que sugiere poca recursividad o disposición de quien estaba en recepción. Además , no funcionaba el wifi ni el internet alambrico. Estos detalles dañaron mi concepto general.

You can't go wrong.

Second time staying in this hotel. Five-star rating. No complaints about anything. They even accommodate a "travel breakfast" since I was leaving earlier than regular breakfast time. Amazing customer service, specially from Lady. She was awesome. Hotel is very close to airport, it is a $6 dollar ride by taxi. Safe area.

Bait and switch

They said hotel closed for renovations.they put me in a sister property that was also under construction. Had to move rooms because of noise in the evening. Horrible experience

Perfect Choice. Awesome results.

Hotel is awesome. Pretty close to the airport (less than a ten-minute ride), hotel is spacious, bed is AWESOME, king size, very nice and safe area. Receptionists are increíbly nice and very helpful, specially Laura and Marcella. I would totally stay in this hotel again. Highly recommended. It's a perfect choice for value, distance and comfort.
