Our experience was nothing as we expected. Usually, I rate 5 stars, because I expect the service and hospitality. The hotel smelled like cigarettes, the reception was 50/50 helpful, but not a VIP service as expect in any hospitality service. We had an issue with a food delivery and lost 100,000 COL, because the receptionist wouldn't call our room; a limited service because he claimed there were 3 guests with same name and he states that its not in him to call the 3 rooms to see who ordered the food. The app charged me, no food was given, no service from that person in the front desk. Fine, we decided to still extend our stay and ever since that incident, their staff was more unpolite, the breakfast is simple, and the lady serving the breakfast rushing us to hurry eat and with an attitude that I asked myself, why are they working here.? Furthermore,our room had no WIFI, we asked for a change, which they did, but the room they gave us didnt have door handles, the bathroom no soap, no shampoo, the walls very filty and mouldy that my family got a virus and had to visit the doctor.We had 3 more nights in bogota so we said, lets ignore everything and extend our stay and that is when we realized they wanted to kick us out. The hotels.com app showed availability and they said if you pay via the app, we wont be able to get a room nor claim a refund. so? my magic question, why does your app show availability? we reserved at tequerdama and left. WAIT, NO THANK YOU WAS SAID either

I arrived at the hotel and checked in. Check in was fast. I went to room and the room smelled like moisture. I checked the room and found water running down the wall and mold. I went to the lobby to complain and the receptionist told she would call the manager. The manager said they are not giving me my money back. I left the hotel

On the last day, there was a miscommunication as we had asked for an additional night and paid upon requesting it but when trying to check out they were trying to charge me again. I had to show both receipts one from Expedia and one from the actual hotel. I lost an uber driver due to having to wait to resolve the issue. This room also does not come with a fridge or ac in units.

Sewage Room

Hotel was below average. When we first checked in we got 1/4 rooms we booked the other 3 were the wrong rooms. One of the rooms smelled like sewage. We went down and told them and they argued and gave us another room. However, the next time we go to the lobby they told us they cleaned the initial room and that we would have to move back in because another party needed the room we were placed in. All they did was spray some cleaning solution to mask the smell. We told them no and they argued again. Fast forward to the next day. Once again they told us we had to move back into the sewage room and we told them no and they were about to make us move into there until we told them we are going to leave. Overall terrible stay, customer service, and cleanliness. Never going back!
