Habitaciones amplias, si vas a Corferias queda muy bien, pero hagan mas confortable la habitación (Solo dan una llave tarjeta, no hay tabla ni plancha en la habitación, caja seguridad bloqueada, puerta bañó rechinaba,.y poner agua en habitación sería conveniente.

Never had enough towels and were very tight on toiletries even toliet paper. The cleaners do a good job with limited resources. Oscar in the dinning room provided great service. The rooms are big and comfortable. Plenty of cable chanels. Having more people in reception that speak English would have been a plus.

Excelente ubicación, diagonal a Corferias. Su personal muy amable y atento a todos las solicitudes. Especial mención merece la señorita Angie y el señor Oscar del restaurante, quienes gustosamente nos atendieron durante la estadía de 4 noches. Igualmente, la coordinación de servicios de taxi estuvo muy pendiente durante la visita. Habitación amplia y moderna.

Quarto muito confortável, Problemas Chuveiro.

Quarto muito confortável, tudo muito parecido com as fotos, porem tive alguns problemas com a água do chuveiro oscilava muito entre quente e frio, o pessoal da recepção foram atenciosos e me mudaram de quarto,(Na verdade 3 quartos) mais o problema foi totalmente sanado, mesmo em andares mais baixos a pressão da água sofria alterações.

Esa seria mi unica Observacion.

Deben ser explicitos con su promocion dan a entender que el servicio del Taxi viene incluido con la reserva del hotel y cuando uno se retira del mismo, el Recepcionista te cobra en efectivo.y ademas me cobro una suma exagerada en dolares, la cual hicimos que recapacitara y saco bien la cuenta en pesos..

RUDE RUDE and they want more money for everything

My husband and I thought this would be a nice hotel for a fairly good deal. I purchased the more expensive room that was listed as double occupancy that provided free breakfast. Something happened with the hotels.com website when I was booking and listed as only 1 person rather than two... I did not think this would be an issue since I purchased the room for two people and paid more money. The hotel did not see it this way and wanted to charge us an additional $80 US dollars. This was more than we paid for 3 nights. I showed the manager that the price was the same on hotels.com for the same room for one person or two people... he did not seem to care and wanted to charge me more money. He was completely rude and unreasonable.. even started yelling. This happened on our last day when we were checking out. My husband and I also asked to have our laundry done. We were never given a price but kept being told "it's cheap, it's cheap" they took our laundry and we got it back two days later with a price tag of $56 USD. That is not cheap for Columbia and we could have gotten our laundry done for $4dollars. The hotel also charged us $9USD for two bottles of water. Basically they are out to gouge Americans, I would not stay at this hotel again if it were free.

El hotel es cómodo, pero jamás 4 estrellas máximo llega a 21/2 estrellas. Ofrecen transporte Aeropuerto y no te lo dan , pides taxi y te llaman particulares que te cobran el doble, si llegaste mas temprano al check in te cobran 1/2 diaria

Excelente hotel

Excelente servicio, las personas que atienden el hotel son muy amables. Las que hacen el servicio de limpieza son muy honestas, nunca se me perdió nada. La ubicación excelente y el hotel tiene muy buenas instalaciones.
