Booked a 5 nights through Expedia and when I arrived they had sold my room to other guests since they already had been paid by Expedia. I had to wait in the lobby for 6 hours then booked another hotel at 3 am and had to pay it again. The hotel is old and unpleasant and the front desk is a complete disaster, I am surprised they are still open for business. They should be ashamed.
