Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, communication
I was never sent the check-in details to get inside the building nor the rental unit, therefore I was charged while never having access. I tried getting in contact with property manager, which then replied hours after the check in time that he was never notified by Hotels about my booking and suggested I should report this issue. Then I get in contact with customer support, I was assigned Seif (agent) who promised will request a refund to the property directly; however, I haven't been notified of anyrhing so far.ng
