This hotel looks good when you enter the lobby. The reception took too long. They did not give us the WiFi information which should be standard in any hotel now. Consequently, the wifi did not work in our room on the third floor. I also don't like the lighting and the stairs in hallways, it gets very dark because the lights are on a sensor and they do not come on enough. I find this to be dangerous and a safety hazard. The rooms are small. The shower water took a very long time to get warm so we just took cool shower . There is an old phone in the room and it does not work. They don't provide WhatsApp, and they don't answer their phone number. So there's no way to communicate where the receptionist. So this is not good communication practice for guests. The room had a funny smell when we entered a bit musky. So they may need better deodorizer. The restaurant on the 8th floor is very nice and the decor is nice. The continental breakfast included is typical so not so good, but the fresh corn bread was good. They do not post the hours for the breakfast. So you have to ask. The elevator made a screechy noise the last time we used it so we chose to use the stairs. It a good location in Usaquen area, and it's a budget price. So if you're not looking anything special this would do in a pinch. The housekeeping did seem to do a good job, changing the sheets and cleaning the room the second day. Another big benefit would be to sell water in the hotel or a vending machine.

Staff are very helpful, they go the extra mile to make you feel at home. Breakfast is excellent, with fresh-cut fruit and fresh dishes every morning. The breakfast staff provided excellent service and were extremely friendly.

More than what I expected for the price

Great rooftop restaurant for free breakfast cooked fresh for each individual guest. Clean room, updated bathroom and nightclub and wine room in the main floor. What more can you ask for.

Over all, the staff was wonderful and very helpful with getting us taxi to move around. Even though we did not speak much Spanish and they spoke no English. Our room was facing the highway so it was a bit noisy. Eating breakfast from the rooftop restaurant every morning was wonderful.

The only thing they need to look into is placing shower mats in the shower stalls because the tiles are easy to slide on. Other than that, the rooms are great, it is very clean and well kept, the beds are really comfortable and the staff is very helpful

Was a good stay. Nothing super fancy or extraordinary. The bedroom is very small, but the bed was comfortable, the shower had good pressure. We arrived late at night and when we went to the bedroom realized there was no mini bar, we had no water so we called the receptionist, no answer. went to the reception and never got a person to respond so we were thirsty until the morning. However another night someone else helped me book a taxi to the airport and gave me a call in the morning to make sure I woke up on time. Breakfast was decent. Eggs to taste, coffee, fruit, juice and other sugary options.

This hotel rooms are 1 star cheap looking, no amenities a ridiculous shower that leaked all over. It felt like a servant’s room from last century. They offer things they don’t have like shuttle service and restaurant. The bars are on 8th floor, they are rented in the bldg and they are super noisy at night. Breakfast is served in a gloomy room in the parking lot! Terrible hotel.
