My stay at Ayenda 1043 was fine. I was there for 3 nights. The location and ease of movement was good. I enjoyed the breakfast that was included, however it would be nice if it was offered until a little later (only available until 8:30am). The only other problem was my room only came with one hand towel and one bath towel. I asked for a second shower towel, as I use one for my body and one for my hair. This was apparently a big deal- there was resistance to providing this- which I’ve never had a problem with in any other hotel ever- and when it was delivered, it came with a stern warning about how if I stain it I will have to pay for it. These were not luxury towels by any means and it was off-putting that such a big deal was being made about a small request.

El hotel es central, queda cerca de Corferias, en sus alrededores hay cafeterias, lugares para comer, está cerca de una estación de Transmilenio y de una avenida principal donde se puede tomar bus o taxi. El check in fue rápido y todas las personas que trabajan en el hotel fueron muy amables. La habitación es comoda, tiene closet, televisor, mesa de noche, los amenities son muy normales. El hotel es bueno para estadías cortas, y que las persona no sea muy especial exigente en cuanto a instalaciones y amenities. El desayuno es básico. Recomendaciónes: tener más variedad en el desayuno, realizar mantenimiento a pintura de la habitación, dejar toalla de manos en la habitación y mejorar la calidad del jabón líquido que se deja en la habitación. Moderar el ruido que se hace en las áreas comunes y el tono del timbre es muy duro, y a veces las personas no so respetuosas al momento de timbrar en la entrada y es algo molesto

Não recomendo. O único ponto positivo desse hotel é que os funcionários são simpáticos, o resto é péssimo! Começando pelo café da manhã, uma vergonha. É leite, café, pão ou ovos, só, mais nada. Não tem fruta, nada. O quarto não tem antirruído, é um barulho infernal. Chuveiro frio, e quando esquenta demora um século e ainda fica morno. Banheiro não tem um tapete para pisar, fica super molhado e sujo. Não tem ar-condicionado, bem varzeado. Não tem cobertas grossas, então se prepare pra passar frio. Ah, ele vai até o terceiro andar, então se seu quarto estiver no terceiro, tu se deu mal. Não tem elevador. Na minha opinião a diária deveria ser 70 pesos, pela estrutura tão ruim.

Cuando uno ve el hotel ofrecen una buena cama a mi me dieron una que tenia 90 ctm de ancho. No tenia telefononpara comunicarse con recepción. Desde un 4 piso hay que salir. Y la respuesta que me dieron cuando dije mi inconformidad praticamente fue que que mas queria por 100.000 pesos. No lo recomiendo para nada

For the business trip it was a good choice, only complaint is that I put pay at property and immediately I got an email from the hotel saying there was a problem with the card and reservations and I need it to pay before x day or my reservation would be cancel. After a lengthy proceses the hotel wouldn’t charge me had to write to Expedia who contacted the hotel. Turns out they didn’t charge me because I said I would pay at property. All that fuss for nothing!

Buen hotel

La atención y ubicación del hotel fueron muy buenos. Queda cerca a vías para tomar taxi o Transmilenio. El hotel es acordé a las fotografías por lo que la relación calidad precio es muy buena. Quizá el detalle solo es que tienen que ir a abrirte la puerta para entrar o salir.

No tiene ascensor. El baño está lejos de la habitación. El servicio de agua caliente es deficiente. No hay muchas alternativas para tomar el desayuno.

El apartamento estaba muy cómodo, aunque no habían utensilios en la cocina para poder cocinar. Nos quedamos en el segundo piso del lado de la calle y lamentablemente demasiado ruido de los locales de al lado y también demasiados carros y transporte pesado que ocasionan extremadamente ruido.

Buen hotel pero pobre oferta de tv

Muy buena experiencia en general, el hotel muy acogedor, limpio, bonito y el personal y el servicio muy bueno; sin embargo mi insatisfacción es con el servicio de televisión por cable, era bastante precario (parecía como una servicio básico de barrio), no había mucha oferta de canales (varios canales religiosos basura y canales con mala señal). Creo que el hotel está en capacidad de invertir en un plan de tv con Directv, Movistar, Claro, Une o algún otro operador.
