A home of high design and sophisticated style, this brand-new villa unfolds over 400 square meters of light-filled, glass-walled spaces and golf course views. In fact, the villa is in the very heart of the Golf Club, right along the golf courses, between greens and other exclusive villas.



It is that rare home that one seeks but rarely finds: a villa both elegant and affordable, both well located and featuring every sort of comfort. A home of sun-splashed interiors and contemporary accents, of fine entertaining and lazy afternoons, of luxury finishes and warm welcomes.



Art and designer furniture unfolds over the villa decorated in sleek whites, warm blondes and soft colors. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls and oversize windows invite light into every room and beckon you outdoors to bask in the sun where you will find a beautiful private garden with a large pergola for outdoor dining and a long private pool perfect for swimmers.



The ground floor is a large open space including a generous entrance, a huge living and dining room with plenty of comfortable seating, a convivial open plan kitchen that can be closed with graceful glass sliding doors. There is also a pantry and a toiled to complete the floor.



Through a spiral staircase you can reach the first floor where four spacious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located on the four corners of the house. The master bedroom is particularly spacious, with huge terrace, walk-through wardrobe and a luxury bathroom with both shower and bathtub.



The villa has also a lower level where a bright and spacious entertaining room can be found. This is a brilliantly designed multi-functional space composed of: TV room, gym, Finnish sauna, steam bath, office corner, and a 5th beautiful double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.



The villa is thought for both short and long stays: on this level there is also a spacious housekeeping personnel area composed of independent kitchen, two bedrooms with two bathrooms and a large laundry room. If you need a butler or simply a full-time maid, they can travel with you or we can source them for you. In total the villa can welcome 10 guests in 5 bedrooms, plus 2 people can use the housekeeping apartment in the basement.

Amazing villa for family vacations

Perfect vacation time in this very recent luxury villa. Everything has been perfect from the first day to last day with a great service trying to accommodate best all the needs, a perfect cleanliness of the house, an amazing swimming pool and beautiful furnitures and decoration. Not really something you can improve I guess but travelers should be aware that this region is full of hungry mosquitos !
