We got there a little bit early but Diane at the reception desk was fantastic. We got all booked in up in the room off to adventure in the Docklands. The room was lovely and tidy. Very neat everything that you needed very warm had to open the window but all the staff were fantastic. Breakfast was great. Would definitely stay there again I think they’re a fantastic location and absolutely brilliant staff. Thanks for a wonderful day Cliff. Lovely comfortable bed, the heater was fine, alot more controllable than most hotels. Staff were fab, gym and pool were really good. Although dinner was rather disappointing, expensive, small portions, in the restaurant, the buffet breakfast was fabulous. We felt for a few minor issues it was still great value for money and would definitely stay again, just not eat there at night !
