"Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We had dinner in a restaurant and staff are very friendly and kind, we have enjoyed food very much. View from our room was very good especially Portsmouth Spinnaker Tower lighting up in night. Gunwharf Quays and Historic Dockyard are within 10mins walk. Absolutely excellent location."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean & well maintained. Good location for Southsea in the university area. A couple of bars nearby which might be a problem for some people but I can’t say it ever bothered us. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the area."
