Etwas umständlich ist der Umweg ins 20 min entfernte Kühlungsborn zum Abholen und Abgeben des Schlüssels bei der Touristikagentur. Sehr netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Ausstattung (Flat-TV groß, moderne Küche, Bad, Möbel etc. ) und Lage (ca. 100m bis zum Strand). Kurze Wege nach Warnemünde oder Boltenhagen, Heiligendamm, Kühlungsborn ... oder auch nach Zingst) . Unkomplizierte Übergabe/Rückgabe der Wohnungsschlüssel. Leider wurde durch ein Unwetter der letzte Abend doch sehr unruhig mit kleinem Schaden an den Terassenmöbeln (Glastischbruch).
