Exclusive apartment with 2 balconies and sea views - only 200m from the beach!

Do you love idyllic beaches, romantic sunsets or relax by the sea? Then we warmly welcome you in our sea pearl.

Enjoy the most beautiful time of year in our exclusive rental property. The light-filled apartment is located only 200m from the beach and has all the comfort you need for an unforgettable holiday. It stretches over 2 levels and so makes the stay for several people very pleasant.

Whether morning sun or sunset - you can enjoy both on one of the balconies with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and have always eyes on the sea and the sounds of Baltic Sea waves in the ear. In the cool season the underfloor heating and fireplace for cozy warmth and care can be so enjoyable holiday pleasant finish.

The apartment has been lovingly decorated with self-made high-quality unique items. The photographic works in all the rooms give a foretaste of the nature experiences in the vicinity of Börgerende. The open kitchen in the living / dining area is equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal.

The elegant bath with shower and tub is also still equipped with a heated towel rack and a hairdryer. The double bedroom on the 1st floor wakes you up the morning sun and welcoming from the adjoining balcony the day. In addition, in Schalfbereich curtains were attached to darken. From the beautiful, open gallery (also with double bed) on the 2nd level, you have a wonderful view of the sea and the newly created park Borgerende.
For our little guests, we like a travel cot and a high chair free of charge. Also you can find for rainy days or chilly evenings many activities in our 'toy box'.

Relaxing Weekend in Börgerende

We fell immediately in love with the beautiful apartment which is so nicely decorated and well organized. Everything was clean and ready for use. The owners are very helpful and super kind, they also provided a useful list of tips for really enjoying our staying! Our kid enjoyed particularly the playground close by, and the toys and games collection of the apartment. Everything went very smooth, we will for sure come back again!

Wir haben zum wiederholten Male wunderbare Sommerferien in der Seeperle verbracht. Der Check-in funktioniert super easy mit dem Schlüsseltresor. So gerät man bei der Anreise nicht in Stress, sollte es mal länger dauern auf der Autobahn. Familie Metzner hat mit der Seeperle eine richtige Wohlfühl-Oase geschaffen mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Kochen und genießen als 4-köpfige Familie ist hier problemlos möglich. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Mein Sohn und ich hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles was gebraucht wird. Besonders waren wir von der Nähe zur Ostsee begeistert. Restaurants und ein Backshop/Imbiss sind zu Fuß entspannt erreichbar. Auf dem gegenüberliegende Spielplatz mit seinen zusätzlichen Sport-Installationen haben wir uns zum Abschluss des Tages noch ausgetobt. Wir blicken auf einen schönen Kurzurlaub zurück und werden sicher wiederkommen.

Die mit viel Liebe zum Detail von Familie Metzner eingerichtete Seeperle ist tatsächlich ein wahrer Schatz. Die Lage zwischen Spielplatz und Strand ist optimal für Familienurlaub mit Kindern. Wer ruhe braucht ist in Börgerende genau richtig , leider keine große Auswahl an Gastronomie außer eine kleine Strandmeile mit Fisch ,Imbiss Kaffee und Kuchen. Spaziergänger kommen am Strand auf ihre kosten gemisch aus Sand und Steinen. Die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen sehr sauber und gute Kommunikation mit denn Vermietern .

Rundum perfekt

Super schöne Wohnung mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, den vielen guten Bewertungen ist Nichts hinzuzufügen. Hervorzuheben sind nochmal die besonders freundlichen Vermieter, klare Empfehlung von uns. Wir hatten auch noch 8 Tage Traumwetter, was es nochmal schöner gemacht. Danke und vielleicht kommen wir bald einmal wieder. Wer Trubel und viele Restaurants benötigt, der sollte besser nach Kühlungsborn oder Warnemünde fahren, ist aber alles gleich nebenan und hier ist es beschaulich, was uns besser gefällt

Die Ferienwohnung war tip top. Die Sauberkeit war hervorragend, genauso wie die Ausstattung und der Service. Wir hatten bei Ankunft festgestellt, dass keine Filterkaffeemaschine vorhanden war und hatten uns darauf an den Vermieter gewendet. Keine 3 Stunden später stand ein Nachbar mit einem neuen + frisch gereinigten Ersatzgerät vor der Tür! So ein Service ist nicht selbstverständlich und habe ich so noch nicht erlebt! Meine Familie und ich werden der Seeperle gerne wieder einen Besuch abstatten. Die Ferienwohnung ist bedenklos und uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

Sturm und Gemütlichkeit

Das Wetter hat es "gut" mit uns gemeint und viel Wind und Wasser bescheert. Dafür war die Wohnung ideal - man konnte gut und auf kurzem Weg ans Wasser oder auf den Spielplatz. Dann aber auch wieder in die Wohnung, die sich gut heizen lies und auch ein sehr detailliert und geschmackvoll, aber trotzdem dezent eingerichtet war. Einzig den beschriebenen Meerblick aus dem Bett auf der Dachebene gibt es so nicht mehr. Sonst war alles zu finden, was wir uns nur vorstellen konnten.

Abwechslungsreiche Tage in Börgerende, tolle Ferienwohnung.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir wurden von der Familie Metzner persönlich willkommen geheissen und sogar mit einer leckeren selbstgemachten Marmelade überrascht. Die kurze Distanz zum Strand haben wir sehr geschätzt. Die Wohnung ist aber auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für schöne Ausflüge in die weitere Umgebung. Diese Wohnung würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie sehr empfehlen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt sehr gut.

Tolles Ferienhaus, perfekte Lage, sehr gute und hochwertige Ausstattung, harmonisches und stimmige Innenausstattung, Kommunikation mit Betreiber reibungslos und schnell, viele Extras (Spielebox für Kinder, Gesellschaftsspiele, Werkzeuge, Gewürze, Spülmaschinentabs usw.) vorhanden, Insektenschutz an den Fenstern, zugewiesener Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe.
