Overall it was a good stay, decent food, great communal area to gather in. Nice swimming pool and great service. However, I would suggest they get rid of the small step to the washroom in some suites because its a safety hazard that I tripped when stepping into the washroom.

Great location, mediocre hotel. Room cleanliness – POOR. Our room smelled like urine, I complained many times, but that do not solve the problem, so we had to breath in that smell for 10 days. The buildup hair in the shower drain was sitting there for 7 days before someone cleaned it up (to be clear the hair was there when we arrived). Mold in the shower and entire bathroom everywhere. Beach towels – you could pick up at 9:30 in the lobby and they disappear by 10am as they don’t have enough. Very few sunbeds by the pools so, if you don’t get up by 5am to reserve you end up sitting on the chair. Smoking is allowed by the pools and anywhere around the property! Gross!!! Food was not labeled, so we had to guess what it is, and the quality was mediocre. Room beds were hard as a rock, so I was waking up every morning with back pain. Wi-Fi was TERIBLE and the only place where it’s kind of worked is the lobby so you could see people hanging out there all the time. Their advertisement says “private beach” NOT really. They share the beach with Ambrosia hotel across the street so its not theirs. TV’s are only 19”, very few people speak little English, playground size is 15x20 (super small), safe deposit box is at the front desk and you have to pay daily fee 2 euros, luggage storage is in the actual lobby so when you walk in looks messy and things piled up everywhere. Stray cats are everywhere on this property, but they don’t allow pets…figure that! They only provide bare min.

A beautiful environment, estate to stay at and a variety of amazing services can really make someone's vacation truly wonderful but all that can be sullied with just one major, gruesome incident. Paloma Family Club could have been an amazing place to stay at for me and my friend, if only it hadn't been for one unreliable, guileful bartender named Riza. The young man did several things unfitting to a family themed hotel, asking guest for their instagram, giving them free drinks to get them even further drunk, only to invite that guest out for the middle of the night. This chain of events is just too awful for a hotel deemed as friendly as this. Imagine if that had been your child. Please be more selective in choosing your employees.

Kaldığımız oda biraz karanlıktı. Odanın kapısı kart yerine anahtarla açılıyordu ve kapının kilidindeki sorun sebebiyle kapıyı açıp kapatırken zorlandık. Bunun dışında tam bir aile oteliydi. Hizmetler fiyatıyla uyumluydu. Çalışan personel ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Aileyle yapılacak tatilde tercih edilebilir.

The best hotel to stay for Bodrum mood, close to beach and meals are so so delicious. Helpful front desk and very easy to communicate with. Property manager is a nice lady that’s always ready to help and make you feel welcome.

Stayed here for 10 nights with my husband, the standerd rooms were small but all in all good.The maid came every day to clean and with clean towels.The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was OK don't expect a lot, but you wont starve

Vi fik værelse lige ud for baren. Høj musik og fulde folk hver dag. Lige ude foran altanen. Værelset virkede lidt slidt. Arealerne var pæne og begge pool var fine. De lukkede dog allerede poolene kl 19.30. Personalet var søde og venlige.

Nice hotel, feels like family

We spent five nights, and it was great. Close to Bodrum (the bus stop is just outside the hotel) and to the shop streets of Bitez. The hotel is a beautiful oasis of flowers and trees, with the organic garden on-site. At night, everybody is hanging around the pool, we felt like we were big family with the staff and other guests. The staff are fantastic.

Great value holiday.

This was our second visit to the Paloma and we had a great stay. The only issue this time was that the room for 3 was very small (just a room for 2 with an extra bed. It would have been better to have booked a family room.
