I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was delicious, and the overall service was excellent. Everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would be happy to stay here again. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself is nice and clean. However, the breakfast was extremely disappointing. If breakfast is important to you, I would not recommend this hotel.

Very pleasant stay from check in to check out. Staff was very helpful and the restaurant onsite was so good and convenient. The pool was the perfect spot for morning sunbathing. Would definitely stay here again.

Bodrum Blue Bay Hotel was absolutely terrible. It’s a 1 star at most. It’s dirty, rundown, flooding from shower from previous guests, smells like cigarettes everywhere as workers smoke beside the rooms, check-in staff did not speak English or Turkish; she was unfriendly and told us to just step in the flooded tiles in the washroom to take a shower and they will fix in the morning. There is no parking for any cars if you arrive in a rental car. The staff told us to park at the nearby grocery store. The patio door did not lock in the bedroom. Needless to say, we did not stay more than 6 hours. They said it was buffet breakfast but I wouldn’t even touch any food from this dirty hotel. Stay away!

Extremely disappointing stay We stayed in the Executive Suites at Bodrum Blue Bay Hotel for two nights and the experience was unacceptable from beginning to end. Both nights, we had no running water for multiple hours. I repeatedly contacted the front desk and raised the issue, but the receptionist kept saying she was trying to reach her managers and a technician and that it would be fixed within 30 minutes. It took hours each night. Having no running water for hours in a hotel is completely unacceptable, especially after repeatedly reporting the problem. The housekeeping was just as disappointing. I specifically requested both rooms to be cleaned multiple times, yet only one room was cleaned. When I brought this up to the receptionist, she simply chuckled and said, “Oops, sorry.” There was no offer to have the room cleaned, and the following day, they still only cleaned one room. I asked for additional towels and was told to bring them to the room myself. The Executive Suite was also nothing like the description advertised. Both rooms had rain showers that were not even connected to the plumbing, so they were completely unusable. One of the rooms had a closet but no hangers whatsoever. The listing stated that the Executive Suites included a hair dryer, utensils, microwave, oven, griddle, Wi-Fi, and a telephone, but these amenities were not provided. The utensils that were there were also dirty. There was no Wi-Fi and not even a phone in the room. Do NOT recommend!!
