Private: natural state property 3'660 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden, natural garden, lawn for sunbathing 1'000 m2. In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house. Shop 10 km, grocery 10 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 10 km, bakery 10 km, ferry "Weserfähre (Sommer/Herbst)" 3.5 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Bad Karlshafen 6.5 km, Höxter, Kloster Corvey, Solling Neuhaus 25 km. Please note: car recommended. Weser 200 m. There is a small granny flat in the basement that is occasionally used by the house owner.

Haus ist super, Ausstattung prima, Besitzer sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Große Terrasse mit Grill, schöne Wanderwege in der Nähe, perfekt für ein paar ruhige Tage in der Natur. Allerdings ist der Handy-Empfang schwierig, W-Lan gibt's (noch) nicht - perfekt für Digital Detox ;-). Alles in allem: Jederzeit gern wieder, klare Empfehlung!

Wir waren für einen Kurzurlaub in der Abgeschiedenheit nahe der Weser am perfekten Ort. Ein wunderschönes Haus, ein lieber Besitzer und alles mitten im Grünen. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben, um die Idylle zu genießen. & freuen uns auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen

Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub in diesem wunderschönen Forsthaus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist fern ab von allem, so dass wir ganz für uns in der Natur sein konnten, ohne dabei den Luxus einer gut ausgestatteten Küche oder die Annehmlichkeit von neuen, gut eingerichteten Bädern vermissen zu müssen. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut hier sein zu dürfen. Der Besitzer, Herr Thiemann, ist sehr umsichtig und freundlich, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich sehr angenehm gestaltete. Nochmals gaaanz lieben Dank :)
