This beautiful A-Frame, two-story home is perfect for your next family escape. Located just steps from Salmon Creek Beach it's a short 5 minute walk to the sand. The home is a 2 bedroom so to speak in the main house there's 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom w/ loft w/sleeper sofa. A fully-equipped kitchen, dining table, living space with large picture windows to take in the stunning views of of the Pacific Ocean, rolling sand dunes, and Salmon Creek. The second bedroom is in a detached unit in the backyard just steps from the main house, complete with 2 twins & a bathroom. Enjoy the hot tub in the fenced in back yard and the wild life along the Sonoma Coast. Chartwell Haven is centrally located just 2 miles north of the heart of town and about 1/2 hour drive to Sebastopol, Guerneville or Petaluma. Come escape away. The house had everything we needed. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, the hot tub, and the fire pit. The light from all the windows brightened our days.
