I should say that Susanna was a great host from the beginning! She is above and beyond, so detailed so thorough, speaks perfect English and giving you all the necessary information step by step. Me and my sister easily found the way to city center from the train station thanks to her ! We were upgraded to a suit room which was so beautiful and it was a surprise for us as well , thank you 😊

This is a magnificent hotel. The location is at the port which has some rough areas… not safe at night. But I would stay here again for the elegance and quality of the property. The staff recommended a lovely small restaurant in walking distance that we enjoyed.
