Definitely a place I would return to and recommend, awesome service, very nice family environment, the staff where very professional and accommodating, thanks to owner as well which was present during the visit. Blessings.

I was disappointed with this hotel. No body at the front desk, when he apeared he did not know what he was doing, room was very small, bar or restaurant was closed and the area was very broken down,

Good afternoon, Currently the hotel is under constant remodeling and maintenance we miss your comments on the other hand, when I asked you the reason for your withdrawal, you told me that your wife was not comfortable with the hotel because the bar and restaurant was closed, previously at check in you had indicated that yes, we opened at 5:00 pm. m. dinners and the bar from 4:00 p.m. onwards we offer happy hours, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the morning it is open for breakfast included in the rate.It was never mentioned to you that it was closed, you mentioned that your wife did not feel very safe even though I offered her the safe deposit box service.You did not stay at the hotel for even 15 minutes to be able to evaluate the hotel's service in such a short time.

This hotel was a 7 minute walk from the water taxi and a 5 minute walk to town. Hotel had a restaurant with good prices but we opted to eat elsewhere. Staff were kind and friendly. The room was a bit small for 3 adults and a baby but it was fine (we stayed in the multiple bed room). A/c worked wonderfully but there was a green light that lit up all night. It was bothersome. The ceilings can be remodeled as there are holes. The bathroom was tiny and had mold/mildew. Never got any warm water and the pressure was very weak. It was challenging to wash the sand off. Overall this hotel, in our opinion, should have been priced closer to $50 a night. Hotels.com couldn’t get us a partial refund and we couldn’t cancel as the deadline had passed. We made due and it’s fine if you’re planning to be out most of the day.

pleasant stay
We found this hotel to be adequate for our stay. The location is on the waterfront which was lovely for the breakfast as well as any time during the day to hang out. There was also a sitting area on the second floor which we used daily during our stay as the rooms were small and did not have seating. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful and the coffee was good and the serving staff was very accommodating. The wifi worked very well. The beds were ok and we did have a bar frig in our room. We didn’t use our balcony as it was small and overlooked a gutter. The location is good and Bocas del Toro is a very walkable town. We had easy access to restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores and other sites and services. The town seemed very safe And although we felt safe we wondered about the overnight security at the hotel.

Clean and comfortable
The hotel is older and in need of a few repairs but overall very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly! I was sick for most of my stay and the ladies were very helpful.

Decepcionante ver un hotel que te den paños y toallas de manos desgarradas , televisión de vieja tecnología y con mensaje que se va a suspender por falta de pago, deberían avisar que no ofrecen almuerzo ya que un día bajamos a almorzar y estaba toda la zona cerrada,

This guest left the room completely destroyed, he lost the key, his bad sharing affected the other guests, I don't know how we could allow him to stay for his entire stay. You requested to reserve one more night and that is why we denied it. We did not call the police because when we were about to do so you took your things and left.
