The house was built in the 90s and has been rented out as a holiday home since 2017. It is located directly opposite the village square with a fountain and the Protestant church, in the immediate vicinity is the village bakery. On the ground floor there is the entrance area with a guest toilet and a bedroom. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a small kitchen with a bright dining area (in the bay window). There is a large living room with wooden floorboards (sofa bed for 2 people.) The living room is separated from the kitchen area / dining area by a glass door. On the upper floor there is a high-quality marble bathroom with bathtub, sink, toilet. There are two bedrooms on the top floor: a large bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with 2 single beds. Here is also a shower / toilet, also with marble. If the house is occupied by more than 4 people, the third bedroom on the ground floor is opened ( The living space, which is then available to guests, is approximately 110 square meters. A maximum of 8 people can stay in the house (6 people in 3 bedrooms and possibly 7th and 8th person in the living room) If the house is only rented with up to 4 people, the bedroom on the ground floor remains locked. This makes the house ideal for 2 families or several couples or friends. Die Unterkunft selbst ist deutlich größer als die Bilder andeuten und das Bad im 1.OG ein kleines Highlight. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der Service vor Ort. Wer am Anreisetag zu müde ist fürs Einkaufen, kann auf einen der lokalen Weine im Haus selbst zurückgreifen und das Frühstück wird zum Kinderspiel, wenn man den angebotenen Brötchenservice nutzt. We loved the village and how large and clean this house was. It was also lightly and efficiently decorated so it was easy to 'move in' and feel as if we were at home here. The bedrooms were very comfortable and having three bathrooms was a huge bonus so when we all returned each evening we weren't having to wait and share and we could all get ready at the same time in the mornings. The only two things that we might make things a bit easier for longer stays is having a clothes dryer and designated parking. However, neither of these are problem enough to keep us from coming back. Die Kirche schräg gegenüber läutet ab 6 Uhr morgens stündlich, was uns aber nicht sonderlich gestört hat.
