First impression is the hotel is open and clean but the young man behind the counter was not someone who should be in customer service. Horrible. Never lifted his eyes to look at either me or my daughter while talking so quietly. I couldn't understand him and finally asked him if he looked at people, ever! He glanced up and his eyes shot down again to staring at the floor just beyond us. When I finally got my keys and said thank you and have a blessed day..... nothing. Absolutely no response. He hates his job. Get a new one. When we got up to the room the closest doors were off the runners. They did get those fixed in a timely manner. Room was clean, beds ok.
Location is good for a food court. Worked for us.

I am truly moved by the exceptional kindness of the front desk staff during my recent stay. Their thoughtfulness brought tears to my eyes! Upon returning from dinner, I discovered a delightful stuffed horse in my room, accompanied by a lovely card that made the gesture even more special.
When I checked in, I shared that my visit to Texas was to explore the possibility of purchasing a horse. The staff's attention to detail and personal touch truly exemplify the Ritz-Carlton's commitment to guest experience, and I am now a devoted customer for life.
Additionally, the dinner I enjoyed was absolutely outstanding—truly one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Thank you for making my stay so memorable!
