  • Located in the heart of downtown Bluffton. Just a short walk to the many shops, restaurants, & parks in Old Town. Newly remodeled cottage with fully stocked kitchen, smart TV, games, washer, dryer, king bed, & two pull out twin beds. Enjoy cozy outdoor area with gazebo, outdoor lounge, & hammack. A short drive to the beaches of Hilton Head, Savannah, &Beaufort or take a day trip to Charleston or even Jacksonville, FL. Pet friendly.

    Parking is free. There is one parking spot located behind the garage. If you have more than one car you may park on the street in front of the house.
    Maximum capacity is 2 adults & 2 children. It is a studio apartment above the garage. It is fully private including a private yard & gazebo. There is one designated parking spot behind the garage. The entrance and parking spots are both marked. More parking is available on the street in front of the house. The access is through a back alley. The main house is occupied by tenants and the yard is separated by a privacy fence. Absolutely no smoking on the premises.
