Always gradual sandy access to swim spots & clear water! (google, social media & guest posted photos are NOT current water levels. Levels change weekly). Pets welcome - no leash! Rules free Family fun.
Enjoy amazing, lake views & access on this peaceful water and beachfront property on Lake Buchanan. Kayak, Canoe, boating, fishing & water activities. Beat the heat! - Play structure with water tube, misters and slip and slide. Fireworks & bonfires. Enjoy an uninterrupted view of every sunset - then stargazing at night. Boat Charter, Kayaks & Canoe rented on site. Local watercraft rentals. A perfect natural location to host your Family Reunion. Boat launching is sandy to concrete ramp down the street (free with parking) ATV and 4 wheeling on lakeshore with excellent on site shore fishing. Dock fishing , Bar & marina boating on always full lake LBJ - 20 minutes. We have great guests! 6 two-bed Studios (discount for all) with full kitchen, A "sleeps 8" RV and 6 RV spaces with full hookups and concrete pads. Fish cleaning station. 5 minutes to convenience store (gas, beer wine, pizza) and 20 minutes to restaurants. Kitchenette includes Stove, refrigerator and microwave. Studios have outdoor BBQ & covered patio. Natural location all creates big and small. Cancellation up to prior day with no deposits for Studios - 20 % non refundable for RV spaces. No charge for studios until day of arrival.
