Lovely rural stay

The house was very comfortable. The beds are genuinely great! You need to know, though, it is off the beaten path. It is about 20 minutes to the closest food (we discovered the first night we arrived!) If your plan is to relax & stay in one spot, this is the place! There is a beautiful dock that would be amazing in warmer weather on the river. You should also be aware that the upstairs unit can clearly hear the downstairs people through the hall door, but owner, Megan, was supremely responsive to every notification! She handled the problem quickly & effectively. My son, granddaughter & I had a lovely visit!

It's was everything the Mrs and I needed a great location that you can fish and just enjoy each others company. Would definitely recommend to friends & family. I didn't get to fish but I watch many older fellas fly fish which was a first for me. Worth every penny.

Wonderful getaway

The dock overlooking river was the best. Could be there even when it was raining and hot tub was awesome. Very peaceful.

Perfect weekend

Came into the area to visit our son in Johnson city and our NC son came for the weekend too. The house was clean, comfortable and very well set up for renters. They all caught numerous fish everyday, wading and fishing off the dock and I enjoyed just hanging out on the dock watching them. We could not have asked for better accommodations.

Perfect South Holston fishing lodge

Great location down from Big Springs landing. Amazing two story deck on the rivers edge is a great place to relax with an evening drink and tell fishing tales.

Perfect river get away.

Great location and a perfect house for a couple of friends or family to plan a fishing trip. I could literally walk out and fish!! Megan was really easy to work with and very quick to communicate. Thanks for sharing your house on the river.

Great weekend getaway

Rented this property for a last minute getaway. Everything was clean, freshly remodeled and tastefully decorated. Smooth check-in/check-out. Very satisfied with our stay. Would highly recommend. Thanks for the relaxing weekend!
