Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
- Cut the air conditioner temperature to 75 degrees, heat temperature to 65 degrees (depending on the season).
- The grill and utensils should be clean.
- Report any lost or damaged items.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The mudroom is a great place to keep your mud! The washer and dryer are there, we have a bench to remove your shoes, hang coats and more.
Enjoy the entire space, both inside and out! We have great neighbors so please respect their peace during the night hours (11pm – 7am).
