"We used this property for my family and my parents to stay for graduation weekend. The property was clean, well decorated and everything we needed. We were 40 minutes to campus 20 minutes to Dutch Creek Winery. It was so much better than a hotel, we had room to visit and enjoy the trails we even had and a small campfire. "This was our second time staying here and we had an awesome time! The peddle boat is a great addition to the property. It was myself and my 12 year old son, and my 2 grown sons came by to grill out with us Sunday night. They were just as impressed with the property as we were! We will ABSOLUTELY be booking again before summers end. The owner responded to our email within minutes, and even left us a smores kit! Yum!"

"Stayed for the weekend during Nelsonville Music Festival. Cozy set-up. Fire pit, hot tub, hammock posts all made for a relaxing stay. Just make sure that when you Google or Waze directions, you search for "Hidden Gem Cabins"... If you only enter the address, Google may take you 1/2 mile or so down the road. Property manager helped get us back on track. If you're going to be in and out, I recommend downloading an offline map of the area since service can be spotty (service at the cabin was good)."

The back deck and front porch are both large and are perfect for spending time together with friends. The lake nearby has some beautiful walking trails and this is a great cabin."
