About this property

Blackberry Hill: A Dog Friendly Cabin in the Woods

  • Welcome to Blackberry Hill, a three-story rustic cabin nestled in the woods that perfectly blends mountain charm with modern conveniences. Tucked away on a lush property with the tranquil sounds of Blackberry Creek running right along the property line, this is your ultimate nature retreat. Watch regular visitors—deer and wild turkey—right from the deck, and enjoy the feeling of being a world away while staying less than 5 miles from downtown Blue Ridge on fully paved roads. Best of all, we are proudly dog-friendly with no additional pet fees!

    The Space

With three beautifully appointed stories, there is plenty of space for family and friends to spread out, relax, and make memories.

Top Floor (Master Suite): Your private oasis awaits. This floor features a spacious King master suite complete with a private balcony. It’s the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee, listen to the creek, and watch the wildlife start their day.

Main Level: The heart of the home includes a comfortable Queen bedroom, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area anchored by a gas fireplace. Step outside to the screened-in porch to find an outdoor wood-burning fireplace, or head to the deck to fire up the gas grill.

The Basement: The ultimate hangout zone! This fully finished lower level features a third bedroom with a Queen/Full bunk bed and a private bathroom. Spend your evenings shooting pool, fixing drinks at the wet bar, or warming up by the basement's dedicated gas fireplace.

    Outdoor Living & Amenities

Hot Tub: Melt your stress away with a relaxing soak under the stars.

Fire Pits & Fireplaces: Take your pick! Roast marshmallows around the new flagstone outdoor wood-burning fire pit, get cozy by the outdoor wood fireplace on the main level deck, or enjoy the ambiance of two indoor gas fireplaces.

Nature at Your Doorstep: Explore Blackberry Creek at the southern edge of the property or simply enjoy the frequent deer and turkey sightings.

Bring the Pup: Dogs are warmly welcomed with absolutely no extra fees.
