"The lobby was under renovation but did it affect our stay there. The rooms have been nicely updated. Bed was comfy for me but too soft for my spouse. Can’t please everyone. We had a great view of the pool. Unfortunately the pool had to be closed on two different occasions on the two days of our stay due to pending thunderstorms. On the first night around 9:30 the fire alarm went off. We evacuated along with others for about an hour before we were let back in. Not sure of the cause of the alarm in the end. There was never any smell of smoke. All the staff we encountered are very helpful. We’ve stayed at the mosaic before and is my favourite of all the hotels at blue mountain resort."

"We absolutely enjoyed ourstay! Everything was clean, comfy, and equipped with all the essentials for our group. The host’s communication was incredible, which made everything super easy. We did run into a neighborhood power outage on our last morning which made breakfast, packing up the kids, and final tidying a little bit of an adventure! We know it was completely beyond the host’s control, and we'd still highly recommend this property for a great group getaway"

"We did a 4 day, 3 night stay with a little one. Our stay was perfect! Our place was clean, well equipped and such an easy process. The pool and hot tub were great, and although it’s a small drive to the Village, we appreciated being away from the bustle (easily walkable without a little one). We will definitely come back!! Thank you for having us!"

"This property was fantastic for our large family. It was very clean and the hosts were kind enough to provide little extras like soap, shampoo, kitchen sponges/dishwashing soap. It was great to not have to bring those things along. Some of the features listed were not working (jacuzzi tub) so it would have been nice to know that in advance. It is a three level house and the very top level got very warm. The AC didn’t work great up there but owners provided fans which made it bearable. The location was amazing and right across the road from a beautiful beach. It isn’t ideal for swimming but a lovely spot to sit and watch the sunsets.There were virtually no bugs outside which was AMAZING for the time of year we visited. Overall, a fantastic property and I would stay again."
