I traveled here for my 26th birthday and I’ve been traveling for 5 years now and I can honestly say this is the worst resort I’ve been to and I would never return to this resort I don’t think the reviews give the full story my room was only cleaned once out of the 4 days of my stay I had roaches in my room other than the beach and food I do not recommend this resort I shouldn’t have to ask for my room to be cleaned or fresh towels staff was very nice but housekeeping is horrible overall I would rate my stay a 2/10

The room was too dark. Lighting too dim. The rooftop restaurant was wonderful but the music was very loud. Hard to enjoy the terrace view with the music constantly blaring. The frontdesk person ( Rosa ) was very professional and nice.
