(2,721 reviews) 2 of 9 restaurants had availability (booked on day 1 of an 8 day stay) Room was worn, furniture was not comfortable, sheets- no blankets requested from housekeeping- received 2 days later after many many requests. Room service was a joke- ordered a simple drink and it never arrived. If you want a pool chair plan on getting up before sunrise to go 'claim' one. Buffet was BAD some days and ok other days. Spa staff and treatments were ok, no shower/dressing room or sauna/steam before or after booked treatment. This resort is 1.5 hr from the airport. And further from most activities .. $120usd for airport shuttle each way. Would not stay here again.
