The home has been updated and is super cute. Its walkable to downtown and restaurants. The home is on the road into Blowing Rock but it's quiet due to speed limit. Communication with the Howes was easy and fast. Highly recommend this home for your next Blowing Rock adventure! ##### Dennis S. It was exactly as pictured. Very up to date, well furnished and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the outside area with the stream and fire pit. The convenience of being able to easily walk downtown made it so everyone could do what they wanted without a car. I would highly recommend this home. ##### RALPH Y. The home was perfect for our family! The location was within walking distance to downtown Blowing Rock. We walked to dinner each night and even to the downtown park and a nearby hiking trail. We were grateful to be so close to town given parking downtown can be limited on busy weekends. Also, the house was very clean which is a top priority for us.
