The BierGarten Luxe is a unique modern European styled home at the heart of Blowing Rock steps from the front door to fine dining, wine tasting, and the brewery. All of the shops, restaurants and attractions are at your disposal. Fantastic newly renovated home built by the Renowned European Dutch artist B.Franzen built in the center of Blowing Rock. This home features its own old world European style of fine woodworking, modern touches, a Turret (yes, like a castle), integrated original old world carvings and gargoyles made by the artist himself. BierGarten Luxe is one of a kind, not a cookie cutter Vacation Rental. This home is located right beside the local Blowing Rock brewery, Kilwins Ice cream, Village Cafe and the local Wine shop, why wouldn't you stay here?! In the evenings retreat to your linear gas fireplace, gaming at the pool table or sitting in our open area courtyard & Deck. If you like to cook, you have a dedicated full kitchen as well. You'll forget that you are in the direct center of town! Your 1 Bedroom apartment comes in at 1240 square feet, which means we are larger than some box or attic that has been put up for rental. We are one of largest INTOWN rentals available.

Things to consider ...
- We provide one standard sized residential parking spot ... pls ask us before you book if you are not coming in a standard sized automobile ... large monster type trucks and trailers of any type may not be permitted ... so ask us first!

- High Speed Internet & TV: Work with confidence from this residence! The high speed internet is complimented with a modern smart tv opposed to traditional cable on it are 150 channels and you’re welcome to add apps and login with your own ID.

- This property is one of two vacation rentals in the same building each with its own separate amenities and entrance. This unit is located upstairs. You enter downstairs in a private entrance to the “game room” and go up a full flight of steps to the main living space. We kindly ask that you respect your in building neighbor with respectful voices and noises

Amazing stay!

My husband, teenage daughter, and I loved every minute of our stay. The location can't be beaten, and the amenities (including a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms) were fantastic. I hope the rental is available the next time we visit!

The Biergarten Luxe worked out perfectly for my family of 4. We loved the separation between living spaces and we spent lots of time in the billiards room. Being right in the heart of downtown Blowing Rock was a big plus. We will definitely book here again.

Charming home in the perfect location!

This home was lovely. The home was larger than expected, it was clean, the kitchen was stocked well, the bed was comfortable, and the home was nicely decorated. The location couldn’t have been better. You can walk to pretty much everywhere in downtown Blowing Rock in a matter of 7 minutes or less. If it’s available the next time we visit, we will definitely stay here again.

Another great trip!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Biergarten. We go to hike and fish and it’s so nice to come home to a clean and well stocked place. The location is within walking distance of all the restaurants and bars, and we never hear a peep from any of them. After a long day of hiking and fishing, we just don’t want to get in the car again. Great place!

So NICE!!

We just loved this place! The location is tucked behind some shops on Main Street which made it very easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants. There is a pub right across from it but we heard zero noise from it. To get up to the main living area there is a flight of semi steep stairs so be aware if you have trouble with those. Everything was decorated beautifully and updated. We didn’t use the kitchen but it looked like it had everything one would need for cooking. The wood features were beautiful! . We would absolutely stay here again!

Wow what a home run! Nice place in the center of town walking distance to everything in Blowing Rock. Brewery next door is fabulous (no noise). We also sat out in the back garden this morning had coffee and breakfast and it was very nice. If we come back to blowing rock, we would most definitely stay there.TY!!

This property is fantastic! The housekeeping here does a professional job as the entire property was exceptionally clean. There was no musty smell when we checked in. We were surprised at how spacious it is, as the pictures really don't do it justice. There is plenty of room to spread out your luggage and not have to be on top of each other the whole stay. I particularly enjoyed having a vanity separate from the main bathroom. That made it easier to get ready while my husband was showering up. The fireplace was a nice bonus, not only giving ambience but also some serious heat if wanted. We enjoyed be able to open the balcony door and hear live music from next door. We also liked that the music ended at an appropriate hour for sleeping. The entire neighborhood gets quiet at night. The location is ideal for exploring the town. So much shopping and food choices are within easy walking distance. With the exception of climbing stairs (for those who might have mobility issues) I cannot think of any downsides to this property. It is that impressive. We've been coming to Blowing Rock for the last couple of years and have stayed at a different place each time. We have found our go-to property from now on. The Biergarten Luxe was simply perfect for our needs.

Fantastic Blowing Rock getaway

My wife and I stayed here for three nights in August 2024 and had a wonderful stay. The location is central to everything you might want to do in downtown Blowing Rock. I was a little concerned about the noise given proximity to the Blowing Rock brewing company but it was a total non-issue. VERY quiet with the doors and windows closed and the brewery closes pretty early most nights. We slept very well thanks to the comfy bed. The washer dryer in the unit worked great and was a huge bonus. The unit is located on the second floor so if you have trouble with stairs then the bottom unit would be better. The unit is very well insulated and constructed. The craftsmanship on the crown mouldings and doors is really cool. If there was someone in the downstairs unit while we were there, we never heard them. One of the great things about Blowing Rock in general is its proximity to the Blue Ridge parkway, and there are tons of great nature hikes and trails within 10 minutes for varying levels of hikers. It was so nice to find this gem in the middle of it all, with a dedicated parking spot, and be able to be hiking on an awesome streamside trail in just a few minutes drive away. And as a South Floridian, there was nothing better than waking up in August in Blowing Rock to 50 degree temps and highs in the mid-70s!! Communication with the host was fast and easy. We will be back!
