The BierGarten Hideaway is a unique modern European styled home at the heart of Blowing Rock steps from the front door to fine dining, wine tasting, and the brewery. All of the shops, restaurants and attractions are at your disposal. Fantastic newly renovated home built by the Renowned European Dutch artist B.Franzen built in the center of Blowing Rock. This home features its own old world European style of fine woodworking, modern touches, integrated original old world carvings and gargoyles made by the artist himself. BierGarten Hideaway is one of a kind, not a cookie cutter Vacation Rental. This home is located right beside the local Blowing Rock brewery, Kilwins Ice cream, Village Cafe and the local Wine shop, why wouldn't you stay here?! In the evenings, retreat to our open area courtyard. If you like to cook, you have a dedicated full kitchen as well. You'll forget that you are in the direct center of town! Your 1 Bedroom apartment comes in at 1000 square feet, which means we are larger than some box or attic that has been put up for rental. We are one of largest INTOWN rentals available.

We are not a hotel but true to the vacation rental experience, which is we want to share our special location with you. We strive to keep our cleaning fees low, and we are generally 1/2 our competition on cleaning fees, but we expect you'll help us keep up with everything as you go as well. we are catering to those of you who want an in-town experience with your own piece of heaven and of course the BEST spot in Blowing Rock. We are the only in town rental home with its own private courtyard and plenty of room to spread out... our reviews feature guests who enjoy that experience. Come and enjoy the experience, know what we are about on the way in .... and thats why you booked us. We do not provide any food of any type, including coffee, due to health and safety purposes. It's a venue for adventure, but also a place for ultimate relaxation. - We provide one standard sized residential parking spot ... pls ask us before you book if you are not coming in a standard sized automobile ... large monster type trucks and trailers of any type may not be permitted ... so ask us first!

- This property is one of two vacation rentals in the same building each with its own separate amenities and entrance. This unit is located downstairs with zero steps to enter. We kindly ask that you respect your in building neighbor with respectful voices and noises.

The location is perfect for being able to walk around town. The space was very clean. Shower pressure was good and water stayed warm long enough for two people to shower, one after the other (this is important info to me lol.) Hope to stay here again in the future.

Great location for a night in Blowing Rock

We recently stayed at the Biergarten Hideaway and we had a great visit. The property has everything you might hope for in terms of accommodations...very clean, comfortable bed, etc. The big draw though is the location...it's just steps from Blowing Rock Brewery and a short walk to great shops and restaurants. If you are looking for a nice place in Blowing Rock, this is it.

Quick get away

The VRBO was exactly as advertised and was a nice get away. Great location right in the heat of Blowing Rock. The place was very clean and I got to meet one of the owners, Chris, who was extremely nice and accomodaring.

Enjoyed our stay in the Biergarten Hideaway. The condo was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The unit was very quiet and no noise from Main Street was heard. Loved the location for easy walking to all of Blowing Rock.

Exactly as Advertised

Great location, central to everything. Once we parked, we were able to walk to shops and restaurants. The accommodations were as advertised and a couple of complementary beers in the fridge was a nice surprise. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need. Parking is tight as noted in the listing, but it worked fine. We would highly recommend.

Lovely quiet getaway

This is a very small yet highly clean one bedroom, two bath unit. There is not a closet but hooks you can hang clothes on. We had a lot of fun and would recommend it. Owners are great to communicate with.

Although the parking was discussed, a better diagram could be used where to park. Especially by the door of the unit. The unit was clean and perfect for downtown walkability. The different listing platforms offered different pricing.

Perfect Location

The location of the property allowed us to walk everywhere while baby wearing. This made accessing shops easier since we didn’t have to take a stroller with us or deal with loading our baby into a car seat and finding a parking spot in town.

So convenient and comfortable

My husband and I enjoyed being in Blowing Rock for the Plein Air Art Festival. The Biergarten Hideaway was a jewel. It was within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The space was very adequate. The king size bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower had safety bars which were helpful. There are so many pluses about this hideaway! We want to go back.
