Competent service, nice room layout, clean hot shower with lots of pressure. Only glitch was the bathroom light flashed when turned off and the door would not stay shut so we had to rig it to stay shut with a newspaper so we could sleep.

Don’t need a lot.. mold is unacceptable.
The room was okay at best. Shower head had mold growing on it. Shower door was completely covered in grease marks. Bathroom sliding door was absolutely screeching closed and open due to he painted into place. Bathroom light was flickering all night despite being turned off

Had to make a rest stop for driving over 22 hours. They are doing work in the hotel, so it was dusty. The light in my bathroom kept flickering on and off. I thought I was losing my mind with it constantly flickering. But for a one night stay, you can't beat the price. Cracker Barrel is right by!

An unhealthy environment
We have stayed here several times, especially in the last year. They are reasonably priced with no frills. This hotel is under renovation. Their site did not indicate this. The entire hotel is covered in spackle dust. Our room which had been renovated was covered in dust and had a strong industrial paint smell. If you are breathing compromised this is an extremely unhealthy environment. The staff were not friendly nor very accommodating. Enough said, do not experience it for yourself. It was a nightmare.

I got there early was told I could check in at 1 that was fine no problem. Then when I came back at 1 the staff told me it would be 4 before I could check in and check in is at 3. They didn't apologize or anything so I left. I will not go back to this hotel every again. I have worked as retail manager for more than 35 years so their actions were unprofessional.

The front desk staff is wonderful. Every time I stay at this hotel they’re all so kind. I don’t know his name, but there’s a gentleman that works the front desk that is exceptional! The employees must be treated good since they’re all so kind. As they say “treat your employees as you would like them to treat your guest”. I hope their boss is treating them good, they deserve it!!!!! Great staff!! They all need a raise! They’re bringing in the money for you!

The desk clerk was wonderful!! I was hungry after traveling all day. He said he would run up to “Wendy’s” to get me something to eat. It was one of the nicest offers I have ever had! I didn’t want him to go out of his way, but it was a very pleasant experience! I will be back to this hotel again in 8 days just due to his kindness. You have a wonderful employee!!

Excuse me?!
The front desk was not friendly at all. When we walked up to the front desk she ignored us for several minutes, which made it very uncomfortable. There was no other guest around. They did not have the room we requested. She blamed it on Hotels.com then tried to blame it on us. After trying to put us in a pet friendly room, she finally upgraded us to a suite and apologized; for Hotels.com of course and my apparent inability to click and choose a room!

Our room did not feel clean. There was dried soap on the bathroom soap dish. The carpets throughout the hotel looked like they needed better vacuuming. The shower door did not close correctly and water poured onto the floor.
