I like the hotel but for the price that I paid the breakfast was terrible
Frozen food and no cooked food
Very disappointing for expensive hotel not to offer warm breakfast
The next night we switched the hotel with holiday express because they offer good cooked breakfast

The Cheshire is an interesting, unique property, but ( with a couple of notable exceptions), I was astounded by the unfriendliness of the staff, especially at the front desk and in the hotel bar. C'mon, guys, St Louis, Missouri is supposed to be nicer, more hospitable state than, say, where I hail from!

Suite was well stocked with utensils etc. The room was clean. Staff was nice. Pool was small and our bathroom door in our room didn’t latch, which was tough with 2 toddlers waddling about.

"Such a cute place to stay for a weekend getaway. Very clean and well stocked with things you may need. Loved being able to sit on the porch and watch the rain at night and reading next to the fire pit during the day."
