Staff were very friendly. Rooms generally clean (the couch was a little dingy). Our biggest issue was the two men having an argument outside our room at 2 am. Not fun to wake up to. Property itself was a little old from outside. But the rooms are nice for a short stay. Well accessible to IU. Breakfast was decent. Staff was very friendly
