Set on 2 quiet, wooded acres, this space offers a calm, restorative environment just steps from the IU football stadium, other sports arenas, Assembly Hall, Griffy Lake, and the IU golf course. This is an ideal retreat for guests seeking comfort, nature, and convenience — not a suitable space for parties, loud gatherings, or high traffic stays. THE SPACE A spacious and thoughtfully furnished 1200 sq ft home designed for relaxation and quiet enjoyment, and with everything you need for comfortable home living. \- Large living room with twin sofa bed \- Dining area \- Two bedrooms (each with a queen bed) \- Study with queen sofa bed \- Huge, fully equipped kitchen \- Full bath \- Top-of-the-line laundry machines The home is bright, airy, and surrounded by forest views — perfect for guests who value peace and comfort. GUEST ACCESS Guests have full access to the entire private, self-contained ground-level unit with its own entrance, no stairs, plenty of natural light, and beautiful views of the woods. The utility/furnace room and garage remain locked. Guests can easily park at least three cars on the driveway. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Your unit is directly below the homeowner (an IU professor) who lives upstairs, and this is a quiet household. We maintain a peaceful environment and will be respectful of your stay — we kindly ask that guests do the same. \- This listing is best suited for quiet, considerate travelers. \- No parties, gatherings, or loud group activities of any kind are permitted. \- Quiet hours are strictly 10pm–7am. \- Please review all House Rules before booking to ensure this is the right fit for your stay. My oldest daughter is a freshman at IU. I was late to the party when it came to booking lodging. I found this listing. I originally booked it for me and my 2 daughters. With the date approaching, we had some change in plans and I had to add some family members. The owner, Ethan, was amazing and so easy to work with.
