Lovely neighborhood convenient to IU.Bathrooms and refrigerator were spotless.Comfortable beds and spacious rooms throughout the house. Property manager was responsive and very welcoming. Great experience.

IU weekend

Very nice house.

Booked for IU Family weekend. This is a lovely and clean home. It's about 10 minutes from the south side of campus, so a bit further to the stadium. Kitchen & bathrooms were well equipped. I will definitely book again!

Travis was a great host and his home was in great shape. He provided everything you would need for your stay. He was very responsive and accommodating. I will stay with him again my next trip to Bloomington.

Excellent family home for your Bloomington visits

Booked this home for IU move in weekend. Home was super clean and had plenty of room. Great location - loved all the deer and bunnies we had outside our door. Travis was excellent to work with. Extended the courtesy for us to ship a larger item to the home prior to us arriving and it was waiting for us inside when we got there. Comfortable beds with super soft sheets were a plus. Will stay here again if available when we visit Bloomington.

Perfect for a visit to IU

This house is in a perfect location for a visit to the IU campus. Lovely neighborhood. The house was plenty big for 4 of us to stay and everything was very organized in a binder and easy to figure out. Extra towels, check, extra TP, check, wifi easy, tv easy, comfy beds with extremely comfy bedding. The only thing that was a little different was the lack of a door between the primary bedroom and bath. My hubby likes his privacy so we had to work around that, but not a deal breaker. Travis is a great host!

Great place in nice neighborhood. All the necessary amenities. House in need of some care: no door on screened in porch; floor door jams loose; weeds along front walk, loose roofing tiles, lighting too dim (needs lots brighter bulbs in all the lights). House was clean but porch and deck were really dirty. Lovely setting.

Great location to Indiana University!property management assessable.

Seating very accommodating. Three queen size beds very comfortable. Dishes and silverware and other kitchen essentials very nice. Travis accessible. Garbage disposal needs repaired. Refrigerator cooling needs repaired. AC had a difficult time keeping up.

Made IU Move-In easy!

We rented this property rather than a hotel room to move our daughter into IU dorms. It was nice to have the space, be able to use the bigger space for staging all the items, and an easy drive to the campus! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, allowing us to bring our dog and take him on walks in the evenings when we returned from campus. The usable surfaces were clean, and the house was well-stocked with amenities and resources (towels, kitchen supplies, etc.). However, the baseboards need to be deep cleaned.

Enjoyed our stay

Enjoyed our time at this property. Accommodated our 6 people. We traveled over Christmas and New Years. It was nice to have the space for the kids to enjoy opening gifts and celebrating dinner as a family.The only item that was inconvenient was with the garbage. Unfortunately, if the garbage did not fit in the canister outside of the house, we were told to find a secondary location, either a local apartment complex or a dumpster behind a supermarket to deposit the extra garbage. A secondary garbage can would have solved the issue. Otherwise, no concerns. terrific location, good communication from host, etc. if I was in Indiana again, I would look to see if this location was available.

Great for long stay in Bloomington

This property is well located. The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful and safe. The deer come out nearly every evening and are a delight to watch. The neighborhood is nestled in a wooded area so lots of bird and squirrels to watch as well. The house is very comfortable. It is well equipped with everything you need to make meals (LOVE the Fiesta dishes, Oneida flatware and Cuisinart pans and small appliances). The only problems in the kitchen were that the fridge was not that cold and the disposal in the sink did not work. Small, fixable issues. Loved being able to sit out on the screened in porch a few mornings (that were cool enough). Great place to sit and watch the birds. Only problem with the porch is the worn out carpet that was also dirty. Again fixable and not a deal breaker. Beds were comfortable so had many nights of great sleep. Overall very pleased with this property and will definitely stay again when visiting my daughter in Bloomington.
