Hello Lauren, I'm so sorry for the disappointment. I see that you booked through Expedia, which does not list "pool" as an available amenity, nor is it listed on our website. Would you mind sharing where you saw our pool listed as an available option when you booked? It would help us prevent this from happening to other families while our pool is being renovated.
